Cook rice. Stir-fry shrimp with egg. Add a bit salt and cooking wine (model LF000030rcw, see below). Add chopped green onions at last. Top a plate of rice with the cooked shrimp with egg and green onion dish. Spread Oyster Sauce over the top. Ready to serve warm. This is a quick and delicious dinner you will enjoy.
